This Site is owned by Mild China. Accessing and using the Site or downloading materials from the Site indicates that you have read and understood all of the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in China.

This site and its holiday services are available to people who lawfully enter into this site. The minimum age of booking a service from this site is 18 years old.

Variation of Terms and Conditions

These terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. Mild China reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this site. Please re-read these terms and conditions even if you have previously used this site.

If you purchased any China Tour services, the terms and conditions of China Hotel and China Flight together shall constitute the entire understanding between you and Mild China relating to your China Tour .

 

Quotation Inclusion & Exclusion


(A) Private China Tour(Shanghai Tour, Hangzhou Tour and Suzhou Tour)

Price Includes:
1.Entrance fees of all sites as mentioned in the itinerary.
2.Meals as listed in the itinerary, B= American breakfast; L= Chinese lunch; D= Chinese dinner;   SD=special dinner.
3.professional private guide
4.Private vehicle with experienced driver
5.Round transfers between airports or railway stations and hotels.
6.Hotels (on double occupancy basis) as specified in the itinerary. If a single room is required, the single room supplement will be charged.
7.Domestic flights (Economy-class) or trains as listed 、airports taxes and fuel surcharges.
8.Service charge & Government taxes
9.China Travel Agencies’ Liability Insurance.

Price Excludes:
1.International transportation of entering and exiting China.
2.China Visa fees
3.Personal expenses such as laundry, drink, telephone calls or excess baggage charges.
4.Tips or gratuities to guides and drivers

 

 (B) Join-in China Tours (Shanghai Tour, Hangzhou Tour and Suzhou Tour)

Price Includes:
1. Entrance fees of all sites as mentioned in the itinerary.
2.Meals as listed in the itinerary, B= American breakfast; L= Chinese lunch; D= Chinese dinner;   SD=special dinner.
3.Professional English speaking guide
4. Air-conditioned coach with experienced driver
5. Round transfers between airports or rail stations and hotels.
6. Hotels (twin share basis) as listed in the itinerary. If a single room is required, the single room supplement will be charged.
7.Domestic flights (Economy-class) or trains as listed 、airports taxes and fuel charges.
8. Service charge & Government taxes
9. China Travel Agencies’ Liability Insurance.

Price Excludes:
1.The international transportation of entering and exiting China.
2.Personal expenses such as laundry, drink, telex, telephone calls or excess baggage charges.
3. China Visa fees
4. Tips or gratuities to guides and drivers


(C) China Tour (Shanghai Tour, Hangzhou Tour and Suzhou Tour)

(1)SIC Tours (seat-in-coach Tours)

Price Includes:
1、Hotel pick-up & drop-off service(Re: within 4th Ring Road in Beijing)
2、Deluxe air-conditioned coach;
3、Entrance fees as listed in the itinerary;
4、Professional English speaking guide;
5、Chinese lunch if included.

Price Excludes:
1、Tips or gratuities to guides and drivers
2、Fees of Cable car;
3、Accommodation;
4、Personal expenses.

(2)Private city tours (Shanghai Tour, Hangzhou Tour and Suzhou Tour)

Price Includes:
1. English-speaking guide or other language speaking guide on request.
2. Hotel pick-up & drop-off service of private vehicle with driver.
3. Entrance fees of the sites as mentioned in the itinerary
4. Chinese lunch if included.

Price Excludes:
1、Tips or gratuities to guides and drivers
2、Services not mentioned in the itnerary;
3、Personal expenses.

Note
1. The above rates are effective from Feb 2013 to Jan 2014 unless otherwise stated.
2. Child rates will be offered on request.
3. Reservation should be made 7 days before departure date.
4. Changes or cancellation can only be made 3 days before departure date.
5. Please be noted that prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. 100% cancellation fee will be made for no shows for all confirmed bookings.

Price Description

Note:
1.Vehicle and driver
If you book Private Tour with Mild China, all the guide and vehicle transfer service are privately for you, your family or your friends. No other participants will be in your group.
If you choose Join-in Tour or Seat-in-Coach Tour, you will share one coach and guide with other travelers.

2.Entrance fees
Entrance fees for all the sightseeing listed in each program are based on the rate of 2010, which are subject to change. If the entrance fees for the places to be visited are raised in 2011, Mild China will adjust our selling price accordingly.

3.Meals as listed
For the land tour in each city, daily American breakfast is served in hotels in most cities except some remote areas where only Chinese breakfast is available , and Chinese lunch and/or dinner will be served with one cup of soft drink in restaurant.

4.Tour guide
Local English-speaking guide (or other languages on request).

5.Transfers
Transfers for you and the group between airports, hotels and all sightseeing spots. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.

6.Accommodation
The hotel accommodation is based on two people sharing one standard twin room. If a single room is requested, the single supplement will be charged.

7.Domestic train and flight tickets
The economy-class airfare of China flights as specified in the itinerary and airport tax & fuel surcharges are included. Domestic train of soft seat or soft sleeper as listed unless otherwise stated.

8.Service charge & Government taxes
Service charge, government taxes and the city construction fees are included.

9.Cruise
The cruise accommodation is on double occupancy basis. The price includes the accommodations, daily meals and scheduled shore excursions.

10.Tibet Travel Permit
The Tibet Travel Permit fee is included if your itinerary includes Tibet.

 

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

We understand that some of you may have to cancel your trip to China for certain reason. Therefore if you wish to cancel your booking with us we need to receive your request in written form, and all vouchers or tickets returned to us. However, not all bookings can be cancelled and cancellation fee will be added. Please refer to the Rules and Restrictions at the time of booking.



China Tour Package
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows unless otherwise stated:

-Only applicable to groups less than 10 people. For groups over 10 people will have to be discussed and agreed case by case.

Yangtze River Cruise fare can’t be refunded if the cancellation is made within 10 days before departure. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment.

-
If the cancellation of one member in your tour group causes the change of tour class, you will have to pay more. For example, your tour price is applicable for group of 2. When one cancels the trip and you will have to pay more for the increased prices of private car, tour guide, etc.

 

Alteration of Itinerary

If you change your itinerary
Alternations to your itinerary before confirmation are processed free of charge. We always intend to provide the best tour possible for you. If you want to change some details of your itinerary such as adding scenic spots, revising your daily schedule or changing to a new hotel after confirmation, we will do our best to help after we check the possibility and availability. Since accommodation is reserved several weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee all your request can be satisfied. You are required to pay an extra cost if your new request is received.


If we change your itinerary
We aim to provide accommodation for you as booked, but sometimes we do have to make changes:

a. If events that is out of our control happen, such as war, fire, epidemics, health risks, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions…etc, we have to change your itinerary . You will have to pay the extra cost if there is any price difference.

b. If any extra fees caused by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels, you should pay the extra cost.
c. Mild China reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour if air schedule or land transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alteration necessary

 

Payment

Deposit & Final payment
1.A deposit equal to 10% of total tour cost is required at the time a reservation is confirmed unless otherwise stated.
2.The full &/or final payment is required 30 days before departure for your China Tour.
3.Tour booked within 30 days before departure for your China Tour, full payment is required


Methods of Payment
To help purchase with confidence it's important to avoid risky payment options. Use these simple tips to pay more safely.

1. Bank Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer).

(a). You can go to the nearest bank to wire the money to our bank accounts. The bank just charges you a smaller fee for operating. (The List of Bank Accounts)
(b). Please send us the bank slip by fax or scan it and send us by email after you made the payment. Once your payment is received, all your bookings will be secured. Our fax number: 0086 - 571 - 86023459. 
(c). Your payment will be received in about 3-7days after you make the transfer.

2. Credit Card

We accept both MasterCard and Visa Card. Credit card also requires a fee. It is 3% of the total tour cost. So you have to pay the total tour cost*1.03 by credit card. We need the following documents from you to receive your payment.

3.PayPal

PayPal is the preferred way to send secure payments on Mild China online. You can use Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards to checkout your payment easy and fast. But an additional fee which amounts to 4% of the total tour cost is required by PayPal as its service charge, which means you have to pay the total tour cost*1.04 via PayPal.However there is no additional charge from us if your payment is made by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer).

Q: How to use PayPal to pay us?

(1)Make sure you can use PayPal to make the payment
Paypal has built a secure payment network of more than 190 countries and regions. Please click here to check out their service at your country. In case your country is not included in the network, you can choose to pay by T/T.

(2) If you are already a PayPal member with a PayPal account
Our staff will send you a payment request email in which you will see the button Pay Now. Simply click the button and login directly the payment page of PayPal. Follow the instructions and it is fast and easy for you to make payment online. PayPal will inform us after your payment is done successfully.

(3) If you do not have a PayPal account
You can have one free account easily on www.paypal.com or when you receive the payment request email, click the button. Pay Now, input your credit card information and other personal information required by PayPal to make the payment. PayPal will inform us after your payment is done successfully.

4.Western Union

Western Union is quite an easy and reliable way to make payments. It has over 437,000 Agents locations in more than 200 countries and territories. All you need to do is to find the nearest agent in your area. Or you can visit www.westernunion.com to pay online. Western Union also charges a small fee and payment can be received immediately.

 

Luggage Allowance

Domestic flights
In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

Trains: No special requirement.
Cruises: No special requirement.

 

Travel Documentation

All clients must be in possession of a valid passport which must have at least six months of remaining validity and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation in hand is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Mild China is not reliable for your failure to obtain appropriate documentation.

Health Requirements

There are lots of international travel risks while traveling. Travelers should be familiar with the applicable health requirements to the areas they intend to visit. It is your solely responsibility to check the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Altitude sickness may develop in travelers who ascend rapidly to altitudes greater than 2500 m. When you travel to Tibet or parts of Sichuan and Yunnan Province of China,make sure your blood pressure and heart condition is normal. A doctor's certificate is required if you will go to Tibet.

 

Complaints and Claims

If you have a complaint about the service Mild China provided, please immediately notify the local guide and contact your travel advisor. We will notify the local supplier of such complaints to avoid the possible similar problems happening again during your trip.

If you are still not satisfied and wish to claim for compensation,you must sent the letter of claim by email, fax or regular mail within 15 days from the end of your tour to allow your complaint to be investigated properly. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Mild China will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

 

Insurance

When you travel in China with us, you are offered a complementary travel insurance program by Mild China which is known as Travel Agencies' Liability Insuranc, a policy regulated by the China National Tourism Administration. This insurance covers any unexpected accidents occurring during the tour activities arranged by a travel agency with maximum coverage of RMB 200,000/person. However it does not cover any other physical problems occurring outside the guided tour period or caused by clients themselves rather than accidents caused by tour activity while in China. Therefore we strongly recommend you purchase necessary travel insurance for overseas trip in your home country before departure in addition to what we can offer here.

 

Our Responsibility & Liability

The responsibility of Mild China's agents, parent company and affiliated companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting a good range of services, including guide service, ground transportation, air transportation, water transportation, excursions and accommodations that we purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours.

To the extent that we are involved in booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent and not as an agent for the airline and/or cruise companies. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.

Mild China will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment from you. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
Mild China reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the other tour participants, or to cancel a tour at any time. We will refund any unused fund to tour participants.

Mild China reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure.

 

Disclaimer

Mild China shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, fire hazard, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond our control. Neither Mild China nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

Mild China shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Mild China.

Mild China is not responsible for a client's failure to comply with customs regulations.Mild China is not responsible for the theft or lost of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
